Did 2 hours of frisbee training, some running around, some standing

Knee a bit sore today

Trap bar deads

Fine difficulty wise, however kept rocking forwards which is bizarre, happens occasionally in normal deads too. I think it's lumbar tightness

DB press - rack was taken by some "squatters"

Got told off for not controlling the negative when warming up so had to control the negative, which made this suck even more than it should have done it. Feels when I'm strong enough to get complaints.

More quad, less lower back. Started doing them post lower back injury from bicycle crash

However for most people I'd still get them to deadlift, as I can't squat it addresses the lack of quad work a bit more
