Tried sumo lately? Much less lower back injuries for me anyway.

Never tried sumo. Don't really know where to start with it tbh. Never come across a decent how to video

Saturday - 1.5 hours of touch rugby, a good laugh. Then did kicking competition, came second. I beat the regular kicker but lost to the player who kicks for main campus 1sts... not too shabby

Sunday - 1.5 hours of frisbee

Knee hasn't been great last 10 days.Swelling up particularly badly after cardio but going down at night. Will be resting it for a week from tomorrow
