Cheers! So that's Citi + DB that screen before tests? I take it Nomura/HSBC are automatic?
HSBC say 'you have met the initial screening criteria' when they send you the tests, but I'm not sure how extensive this is.

Video interview right? How're Barclays recruiting for SWs this year?

Are they recruiting on a rolling basis? Seeing as everyone gets the interview invite?

    Really calm actually.

It's a mix of record yourself questions (you get 1 min prep, 2 min response time) and SJT style multi choice questions based on being in the spring week as a participant.

Record yourself Qs are just very basic competency stuff then a summary of how you felt the interview was at the end.

No need to prep much - maybe think about Barclay's values (it's on their website).

Everyone has to do a video interview, as far as I know it's 12 questions with 4 video responses and 8 written ones.

What kind of competency stuff? As in giving examples of stuff you've done or asking what you'd do in a situation? Also are there any sort of "why barclays" type of questions?

I'm not explicitly gonna say the questions lol.

    But it's straight forward enough.

Only way to find this out is to ask an offer holder or get an offer.
