And no, it didn't work. Neither did putting them in the freezer, or the microwave. That just made them melt. Or explode if you were really unlucky :smile:
There was an expensive version that worked and the rumour slipped into the cheaper version too. Some people in my school tried everything - microwaves, fridges, radiators and just general stupidity.

I bought so many varieties of aliens trying to find a pair with the necessary sexual chemistry for a goo baby. Dragged my poor parents all around the Trafford Centre scanning the back of the packets and asking everyone "do these have babies?"

Thinking about it now though, I've no idea how that would work.
