Out of date mints
My local Woolworths keeps selling mints which are out of date. I keep telling them and if I have bought them they offer me a refund, but they keep on selling them. What should I do?

If they are "best before," then there's nothing you can do except not buy them or check the date before you buy them.

If it's past the best before date it's legal. Only some stuff (easily perishables) have sell by dates, by which they must be um, sold by
