I've been reading Micro-serfs by Douglas Coupland. I thought it would be pretty average but it's actually very good. I'll probably buy some more of Coupland's books.

Ah, I miss reading fiction. I've given it up for the duration of my degree, alas. But I'm definitely making an exception for Harry Potter 7!!

I read Mia Dolan - The Gift last night.

Took me 2 and a half hours so I got 4 hours sleep. It was well worth it. Autobiographical too :proud: It was well gripping in places!

i love that book have you read any of the other books that go in that seris

I've read the other Boleyn girl and the queens fool. The other Boleyn girl is, imo, the best book she's ever written although the other ones in the series are very good too. Which ones did you enjoy?

Meh, I managed to read Of Mice and Men during one day at school, soley during lesson times i.e. at the begining before the teacher arrives, while things were being handed out, when I'd finished the work, when we packed up early. You really don't need to make a meal of it!

The Great Gatsby (I can see where this is heading...)
Crime and Punishment (not such hard work as I thought it'd be)
Mansfield Park (easily the most boring of the Austens)

I finished Mimus for the second time just now (maybe a little young but still a page turner!), and the Queen's Fool at breakfast (AMAZING book really annoyed I've finished it)

Lolita by Vladamir Nabakov. It's quite disturbing, but compelling reading.
