Great Expectations - Charles Dickens
Property - Valerie Martin
The Portrait of Dorian Gray - Oscar Wilde

I'm enjoying them all more than I thought I would, expecially Property although I'm finding Dorian Gray a bit difficult sometimes :p:
Reading that for English - not really enjoying it that much, to be honest. I really enjoyed Streetcar named Desire, but this hasn't been as good.

I also started reading "All Quiet on the Western Front" yesterday - got it for Christmas, but had no time whatsoever, still an hour on the bus yesterday got me 5 chapters in. Really good read so far. I can sense this is going to be a powerful and emotional book. For anyone who is interested in books that say something or History, I recommend it already!

The Happiness Project- Gretchen Rubin
Bit of an odd choice, I don't tend to like gimmicky things like this (it's a true story of a woman trying lots of little thing each month to make herself happier) but I'm really enjoying it!

Please tell me you're reading Great Expectations for an exam or something, I found that book so boring.'

I'm reading them both for English, but I quite like them, although Dickens' descriptions can get a bit annoyingly long sometimes.

"Slaughterhouse-Five" - Kurt Vonnegut

But currently on a hiatus as I repeatedly re-read my Chemistry textbook before my exam...

The Wife of Bath's Prologue in The Canterbury Tales. I have an exam on Chaucer tomorrow and I'm BRICKING it. Knew I should have left more than one day to revise.
I have that exam tomorrow. I should never have taken English

The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov (a bit of an odd book).
The Strange Death of Liberal England by George Dangerfield (quite interesting in comparison to the current Liberal party)

It's a great novel. If you like it, check out his other stuff (though leave the shorter stories, and The Fatal Eggs, until last...they are weirder )

I'm reading Don Quixote. Not sure why I never read it earlier
