I wouldn't do last minute revision, as I will be cramming and panic even more. :frown:

i just go into school mid morning, it means i have less of a stressful rushed brekkie, and can be calm all the way, but if youve got a morning and then afternoon (like i know you have, lol) then, DONT THINK ABOUT YOUR AFTERNOON EXAM as you lead up to ya mornin one, you can think about it on bus to school or whatever, but focus on morning then when you come out.... start stressing about the avo, lol, but their worked out so you should have at least two hours in between

I guess it just depends on how you feel on the day, I couldn't really answer for you. If you're freaking out, and stressing, read over your notes for that subject. However, if you're pretty confident about it, and don't think you'll have a problem, do some other revision.

I myself, am planning to go into school in the morning for all the afternoon exams I have next week, and doing some last minute revision, but just going over some small points, not huge revision. I know that if I stay at home, I won't do anything, and just laze about, getting more and more worried. I find it easier to go into school, see my friends, and maybe even the teacher of the subject, they are usually quite friendly

apparently last minute revision is the factor that affects whether you get A or A*, so I should.

affects in a good way or bad way?

If im desperate then yes i will, i will for science ones as ive done very little revision for it, otherwise no, i'd just stay in bed until 30mins before i have to leave.

Yea I do, always have found it useful.
I revise a bit in the morning, but stop at least an hour before the exam and do something like listen to a CD to relax.
I don't think doing serious revision or cramming at that stage is a good idea, but just going over some bits you're not sure about should be okay.

I always walk around the house lol, I get so nervous. I always have to revise before exams, but I am always well prepared, so I suppose it is to reassure me.

What I do is try to revise the night before really well. Have a good night sleep. Revise in the morning like a read through, reminding yourself all the key points. It reassures what you have learnt the night before, hopefully calming yourself for the exam. Have an hour of relaxing time before the exam starts.

General revision that i have done a week in advance is the only thing that reassures me to be honest. I seriously regret not doing revision much earlier than i did.
I find that by relaxing before the exam, I actually become a bit excited and slighty uncontrollable which I find helps me perform better and remember more things quicker.

Test yourself the night before - write down what you don't know and revise those things in the morning. However, relax just before the exam (1/2 hour ish before) and it'll help to let everything you've just learnt sink in unconsiously.
Oh and 1 last thing, when your just about to go in to the exam room, don't try and remember things - you'll panic when you can't remember something.
Best of luck
revising the night or morning before is the best thing u can do
I sing a song as I enter the exam room. Calm's me down although everyone looks at me wierdly.
yeah u would expect that
