Buy new scales
Reply 7
there is usually a little dial that you can turn at the bottom of a scale make sure it is turned to 0 and try again

4kg is nothing...your bodys weight naturally fluxuates by about this much everyday, depending on how much you ate, when its been digested, whether your bloated that kind of thing.

do not get obsessed about stuff like this, its not healthy!

steeps. How on earth can body fluctuate 4kg everyday? I'm no expert, but that is rubbish. You don't **** out 4kg or lose that amount in sweat or energy!

Well you lose about 1kg in sweat each night, so it's not a stretch to assume he just drank and ate a ****load. (well, more than that, I suppose )

Weigh yourself the same way every time. I weigh myself in the morning, after going to the toilet and before breakfast and get very consistent results.

Drinking tea a lot, can make you lose a lot of weight - increases your metabolism and antagonises ADH secretion, i.e. the water retention hormone - thus you'll urinate more water and lose weight

Which will go straight back on as soon as you have a drink.

Honestly, why the **** can't idiots differentiate between losing weight and losing fat?

Idiots..I don't ******* think so, mate. If you bothered to even understand..long-term use fo tea, the caffeine will sensitise receptors, encourage water loss more frequent despite subsequent fluid intake, it'll flush out more readily then one who just consumed the drink. It works. In the context of this thread, I was talking about weight.
