I think so.

There's too much sugar and caffeine in those drinks anyway. When it comes to soft drinks like Pepsi or stuff, I say one glass a day is alright, but more is damaging to your health is the long run.

Reply 2

It's not going to do you any serious damage, but it'll mess with your head a bit and you'll probably have some withdrawal symptoms if and when you stop or cut back.

Reply 3

If you drink another 5 more a day, it cancels out the any possible effects the previous 5 may or may not cause.

Reply 4

That is actually quite bad. Relentless is worse than Red Bull though.

I would cut down.

Reply 5

Are you able to sleep at night?
I used to have one on my way to uni because I'd feel really tired, but I'd never have one after noon because I'd have trouble sleeping.

Reply 6

Just give up. You will never fly.

Reply 7

Ah I too have a Red Bull addiction going on at the moment, started over the holidays. Over 24 hours I probably drink around 5-6 cans too, it's messed up my sleeping pattern so badly! Sleep at 5am wake up at around 8am :sigh: also had to go to the dentist and he said it's decaying my teeth so I'll need a root canal operation now :erm:..still, I'll carry on drinking it, it's too good :woo:

I quit about a month ago, i suffered with really bad head aches and the 'red bull' urge never goes away but i have lost 11 pound in weight since i have quit!

Just give up. You will never fly.

Haha Genius!

Reply 12

It can dangerous drinking too much caffeine.

Someone down the road from us died in his late 20's after having a heart attack (or exploded apparently), due to drinking a ridiculous amount of Red Bull a day.

Reply 13

Red Bull gives you wings

Reply 14

this is very dangerous: you risk heart attack, because RedBull contains molecules called 'Taurins' which act on the metabolism and the heart rythm: be careful !!! :frown:

Reply 15

Yes its fairly bad for your health, and your wallet.

Reply 16

you can fly without wings

Reply 17

Yes, it's bad. It may fatten you up, increase blood pressure, etc. It has shocking amounts of sugar. Either replace it with something softer (Coke - lower caffeine, yet as much sugar) or quit it altogether.

Reply 18

red bull are only little cans, try drink 5 cans of monster or relentless that will give u a real buzz

Reply 19

Red Bull is waaaay too expensive to drink like that. A bit too sweet for me too. Tesco kick is the only energy drink I could drink day in day out. 40 odd pence a can too
