Lost Ucas Confirmation Letter! Bank!

Ok! Here's the Problem!

I tried to open a bank account with RBS today, but was told I needed my UCAS Confirmation letter - the one confirming my place. I couldn't find it, and have come to the conclusion I accidentally threw it away last month.

What can I do?!

I printed off the email confirming my place, but they refused it, saying they needed the original letter. I tried the confirmation letter from the University itself, but they refused it as well! I don't have the letter, I can't fake the letter... I'm stuck.

Any way of getting UCAS to send me another copy?! If not... I can't have a bank account. Argh.

Thanks.

Halifax let me use a conditional acceptance offer letter LOL
Confirmation letter? Surely that would have only come through the post in the last few days? ie. after results day

The thing is, RBS have the best offer for my circumstances, so i'd like to go with them, but they are being kinda stupid. My email confirmation had exactly the same details but they refused it.

Edit: Inksplodge I'm in scotland and got unconditional so i've had it for months. Hence why i've lost it

If you got your results on 20 August, the letter required came on the 21st (If you got into your firm or insurance). Other than that i don't have a clue. Phone UCAS is probably best.. couldn't they email you a letter and you print it or have them phone the bank or summink:O?
