American TV times, what is 9/8c?? Watch

    i have always wondered what that kind of thing means...

    for example.. if the show is 9/8 central, what does that actually mean. is it broadcast a 9 oclock in each state, and where is it broadcast at 8? what about the east or west coast times??


    please explain if you know

    then you would have 7 mountain and 6 pacific

    I'm in California, so I'm three hours behind the east coast.

    I thought it is 8 Mountain and 9 Pacific and that they tape delay the broadcasts in these regions.

    Otherwise you will end up with the late night shows being shown in Pacific from 8.35pm :hmmm:

    Unless, of course, you have a live broadcast.

    Yes, Mountain and Pacific times show at Eastern time, save live shows.
