For the GF yes. I think it may be a combination of glandular fever (therefore, low immune system), contraceptive injection and nerves for my a-levels on monday!
Is there a bug that causes an upset tum and a chesty cough? x x x
Yes, I had it last month. It lasts longer than you think (i thought it would last for about 4 days, it lasted about 2 weeks altogether) The best thing u can do is starve the bug by not eating for 24 hours and drink 'rehydration sachets' which provide minerals and salt to keep your stomach lined. Drink at least 2 litres of mineral water a day. Try not to drink tap water when you have it as it could potentially upset your stomach if the water hasn't been treater properly. When you start eating again, eat carbohydrates as well (lots of mashed potato, pasta, RICE CRISPIES ARE A WONDER, i only ate dry rice crispies without milk for a day and i started to feel better.) Avoid dairy, sugar and anything with a lot of fibre in. It sounds awful but you will feel better. If this doesn't work, seek medical advice from your doctor who can take samples to check you're ok. I hope that you feel better soon. xx
Ohhh thankyou! I'm going to book in with the Dr tomorrow as I have glandular fever so it might last a bit longer and I have my exams next week! Dry toast etc for me!
