    Theres going to be no real difference to job itself, but there would most likely be a high male to female ratio,Dont let that put you off though.

    Hi I would take a look at whats in the industyr and take it from there, I definately wouldnt become a train engineer, I used to be a contractor in the electrical industry working on train refurbs and the work is either there or it isnt, not very reliable. Just my opinion though
