Student Registration Number... what?!

So reading the registration guide, it says they sent this out by e-mail in August. Well August has past and I don't have one... slight chance I could have deleted it but don't think so... it's not the same as your application number is it? Sorry to sound dumb... :s-smilie:

You don't usually get your SRN until you have an ID card....i've checked the uni system which confirms that. I have no idea why the registration guide says you'll already have one though :confused:

It keeps going on about it, seriously... it mentions twice how they will send it in an e-mail in august, and later on states "it's best to remember to bring your SRN with you, otherwise you may have to queue"

I was under the impression I would need to queue up anyway :p:

Strange, if you do have it, its more likely to be on a letter than on an email i'd think. Still i don't remember having one until i got my ID :p:

it'll be 8 numbers long and start with 09 :smile:

Nooo we know that, I'm saying that your SRN will start 09, so unless you've got a letter with a 8 digit number starting 09 then you don't have it yet. Manda is saying just use the UCAS number for now because that should be sufficient
