Oak house, sycamore court neighbours 09-10

If the flats have two floors, if i'm in (for example) flat G.02.XXX then would someone in 1.02.XXX be in the same flat as me? or is that flat 3 of a different floor a different flat entirely?

I swear the flats are on top of each other. Flat 6 is ontop of flat 5 floor 1 for example. So I'm viewing it as 16 people in a flat cause whats to stop you from going upstairs?

I thought it was basically two flats on two stories of four attached together but called a single 'flat' (because you can't really call it a house), with four boys downstairs and four girls upstairs? But then does the upstairs count as being on a separate floor?

It's so confusing.

I swear that you have 4 boys on ground floor. Then 4 girls on floor 1. Then we have another flat ON TOP with 4 boys on floor 3 and then we have 4 girls on floor 4. At least thats how I understand it!

What?? that seems really illogical wouldn't that just all count as the same flat? hahah this is confusing - what made you think that?

I was speaking to my flatmate on fb, and thats the impression she gave me. But seeing as 4 girls nd 4 guys share the kitchen and bathroom facilities then I guess that what makes it a flat.

I don't get hos it works on space, because surely if the communal area is on the downstairs floor what the hell is taking up that space on the upper floor?

Thought this would be easier for everyone in sycamore court, so you don't have to trawl through the entire oak house thread to find your neighbours! Ill start, im in flat 27
