It's not the winning but the taking part that counts!
The person who said that never won anything.

I made the mistake of saying "well that wasn't as hard as i thought it would be" in The DR while figuring out the various tissues of the penis
Corpus cavernosa and corpus spongiosum *sorry for random postage, just trying to think of random things*

    Spongiosum

And get your syntax right - it's corpus cavernosum, corpora cavernosa (plural)

    i'm not the culprit

innervation of the penile skin and the corresponding deep tissues, anyone?
Not actually sure - pudendal nerve has something to do with it, as for dermatomes I'm guessing about L1? I did anatomy of this last year.

And no, that was Dave, but I'm a pedant and had nasty demonstrators who told us that if we didn't get the endings right we wouldn't get marks in our essay exams :bawling:

branches of pudental nerve supply the skin, deep tissues innervated by autonomic nerves from superior and inferior hypogastric plexi.

and since when was L1 supplying the penis?? S2/3 me thinks!

Edit: oh, you did it last year!
Yeah, I know the pudendal nerve is S2/3, should have thought about this more. There was logic behind the L1 guess but I can't remember what it is. My brain hurts now

erm L1/L2 provides sympathetic stimulation for ejaculation, maybe?
It does? There was me thinking the sympathetic system stopped at T12. You're making me sad now :bawling:
