Hey sorry if this has been posted millions of times before but has anybody got any ideas about where to go and what to do when you go on a date?
The town i live in is preety small, even the movies is a half an hour bus ride away, there is NOTHING to do, the only thing i can think of is just go to the movies and hang out in the local arbo (big park thing, lakes, benchs, grass, trees etc etc) and iv just run out of any ideas
How about going for a picnic, I know I would like it if someone suggested that to me (if they also made all the food, bought me nice things to drink etc)
ermmm we have one big cinema complex thing which is 30 mins away by bus, and the huge park thing about 5 mins away from us, the thing is we have already done all that and i think she is getting bored of it
hmmm a picnic, thats just crazy enuf to work..............if i dont feel so silly i jump into the lake. Now where the heck do i get a picnic basket from?

Can you get into town? If so - Debenhams, John Lewis etc have picnic baskets. If you can't get hold of one, just improvise and use any bag, don't think it really matters! Suggestion - take a really nice rug with you, so you can lie in the sun - cosy and romantic
the cinema is ok, but you can't really chat in it, so depends how much you know her really. If you're still at hte getting to know eachother stage then a picnic will be cool. Is she sporty? maybe take a ball, cricket bat etc for something fun to do.
And definitely a blanket. I would put the picnic in a bagpack, i would think you were odd if you turned up with an actual basket. Who has those anymore? xx
just invite her around to yours. Bitch about Lee for a while and then play CS or something.
Or take her shopping. Would be awesome if a guy actually offered to go shopping with me. (and you can tell her to try things on...you know you want to) The shops aren't that far away...get the bus with her.
errr could try taking her to a LAN party...don't think it would work though:P

haha very funny
and iv tryed asking her to go shopping, she never wants anything
and i really should remember your on these boards aswell.....
hmm yes you should. But I am being serious for once!
You could ask her if she wants to go to alton towers or a theme park which is closest to you sometime in the summer hols. It's delayed a bit but it would be a great day out. Turners usually do day trip things.
In a closer time frame I think the picnic thing is a really good idea while the weather is nice you might as well. Strawberries can increase sex drive apparently....(jk) take a frisbee or something as well. and a pack of cards or something that you can do sitting down if you want to be lazy. And if you have any take some mini speakers for a cd/mp3 player. Music makes everything better (and the silent moments pass with ease)
There is a wonderful a passage in Proust where he describes getting himself suitably drunk so as to overcome inhibitions when meeting girls. Now, I'm not one to argue with old Marcel.
Thus: have a couple of hearty glasses of wine before going out, and you'll feel far less adverse to palm-play and the like. If it's obvious she likes you then this isn't likely to cause her offence. If you're not sure whether you're 'just friends' or not, then you might even try getting her drunk as well. Generally at this point she'll start telling you about all the problems she has with her girlfriend. You feign ambivalence then go home to cry. Works like a charm.
On a Saturday morning, jump on a train to somewhere exciting and spend the day out together. Maybe go to somewhere quite small and cute where you can wander around or go to a city and experience all the cosmopolitan delights.
Although I think you should go for my first suggestion and take her on a picnic, I will try and think of a few more ideas (as hopefully you will be going on more than one date!! )
