Fright Night at Thorpe Park?

ok ok.
Don't know where I heard this, but apparently years back the SU hired out a coach and loads of RHULers went to Fright Night.

Does this still happen?
Or was it just a student urban legend?

It probably did tbh, it's not unusual for a student to take the initiative and offer to organise a coach for a load of people for some monies! Or you could just organise for people to get the train to staines, then there's a bus that goes from the station to Thorpe Park. Definitely worth going to (once the kids are back at school anyway)!

It wouldn't surprise me. They have coaches that go to local clubs, so I don't see why not :wink:

If not, a taxi with some friends won't cost loads. You can actually see Thorpe Park rollercoasters from the campus!

I've had a look on the website and I can't seem to find any specific mentions of booking a Fright Night ticket. Do you just book a normal individual ticket for one of the dates?
