Does anyone know how to use this in particular?
Because i'm having trouble obtaining values from port 3 (the thermometor).
Is Out 03 the correct way of obtaining this data (or In 03 even) ?

I know its a long shot...

I'd save your time on here, and scour the internet for the answer. If it's possible.

Well i tried that, and it didn't work. This was really the last resort.

The answers are there. Do you not have a book about it?

Could you get away with making something up, or are the people you are giving the presentation to in the know about microcontroller simulators?

I've looked in the help of the program, and sample stuff, but it just isn't there. It should work... i dont see any reason why it doesn't, but it still doesn't.
Its an actual program, so they can see if it doesn't work.

No, not really. Its for a specific program, so only if they've used it, which i doubt.
Its okay now though. I've sort of skipped the bit i needed. It still isn't right, but it'll do.
