No second one is wrong and it has an extra carbon.

Plus I think you have the E/Z isomerism names the wrong way round.

It really helps to draw out the longest chain first mate (so first do a heptane chain, stick a double bond on the 3rd bonding carbon, then put the appropriate alkyl groups on the appropriate numbers, so a methyl on the 3rd (the first double bonded carbon) and a ethyl on the 4th (the 2nd double bonded carbon)). This will make it so obvious and stop you from getting confused and it's not incorrect!! remember that Z means the same side, "Zee zame zide". and E is the opposite, just like trans- means opposite, like transatlantic, and cis means same side, hope this helps!
