Makes you un aware of your surroundings and is distracting.

Booze = NO in Exams and Revision

Then you can get pissed when you finish them all

OR, you could take regular injections of adrenalin in the exam - sure to boost your performance.
Reply 7
i drink red bull b4 each exam.
Reply 8
Does it improve your concentration? I thought caffeine has negative effects after a while...
Reply 9
Work makes me thirsty.
Reply 10
yes it does improve concentration for exam, but after 3 hrs i feel completely **** and unable to revise.

red bull is the amatuer drink. If you want the real hard stuff try strength 5 coffee and those boots energy boost capsules..

Caffeine only makes you tired after your 3 to 4 hour boost of concentration and makes you urinate, it isn't good for you because its a stimulate, but its not bad. The only trouble is once you become an addict you have a heavy caffeine withdrawel, but its worth being stocked on caffeine and water for 3 weeks and then you quit after.

im suprised noone has been taking omega 3 fish oils and ginseng and ginkgo biloba. There are alot of supplements for the brain floating around you know?

Ahh, I've been taking Cod Liver Oil for as long as I can remember.
Reply 15
And as a matter of fact, I've been having an apple before every exam!
Reply 16
I've just been drinking red bull....though it does make me want to run around the exam hall galf way through the exam though :-)
Reply 17
lol - I have been drinking over the R.D.A too because of exams, so don't worry!

The only annoying thing about over-drinking is that I have to go to the loo before AND after each exam - people might start to think I have a water retention problem!
I finish my water bottle within 10 minutes of the start...and then I need a pee so it can be a bad thing too.

we arent allowed to bring water bottles in the exams now, they supply us with it. i dont trust it though... i always need to go to the toilet b4 the exam, but i feel better throughout it.
