Drinking in exams and while revising watch

    wow i must be weird, i took a bottle of water into my exam on monday, i had seven exams this week, and only finished the bottle thursday afternoon, and i took a new bottle today and only opened the water after section A, and only drank when i was checking at the end drank about 50-100ml in totall so about 600ml all week in exams, lol

    yes because the word evian could give you sooo many clues to help asnwer ya maths, lol, i can understand in chemistry though in case you see some random ingredient or forget H2O, lol

    This is so unfair! I get really thirsty in exams, but we have a 'no food or drink' policy in the examination hall! I though everyone did? To be honest, I don't think you should be allowed to eat/drink in exams. But it's a bit unfair if you guys are allowed, and we're not, especially because I do find water helps me concentrate.

    I never knew there was an RDA for water??? Its not exactly something that will cause harm if u drink a lot of it. Unless u completely flood your system with water, your kidneys will get rid of excess water due to less ADH, once the osmotic potential of body cells is reached.

    We're not allowed it!! It's not negotiable! But yes, Biology is over, lets stop with the RDA thing. (especially because of me doing crap in it)

    I drink enough water, while revising (osmotic potentials etc. for Bio)
    But problem is I have to attend to the toilet every 10 mins, how does every1 cope with that?

    Were allowed to eat and drink in the exams. In the RE exam, someone ate a whole packet of jaffa cakes, but we have to take them out of the packets and take the labels off the drink bottles.

    I haven't got a weak bladder, its like after drinking a bottle of 500ml of water, I have to.

    Yeh, I usually take an apple pie into the exams and offer the teachers some aswell

    my mate brings a 2litre bottle of orange squash into the exam, our school just dont care, and also we not allowed phones at school, but we all do so when theysay birng phones forward for the first exams, noone moved and just had them switchede off in pockets, but once someone got the courage ant went forward they didnt say anyhitng, so now everyone brings it forward, in english today there were a good 60phones on the desk it was hilarious

    lol, do what my mate did, he had like a feeling and said he was coming over all hot and sweaty and just went toilet and came back,lol, it was soo funny, coz you knew he was faking but the school cant just say stop faking coz if sumthin happened theyd be in trouble, lol

    :eek: 60 phones, did everybody find there phones in the end (I mean they could have got mixed up, if they were the same model!)
