    yeah, it is shared between loops, but not between components. if o.6A flows through one loop of a parrallel circuit, then 0.6 flows through each of the resistors in that loop, regardless of resistance.

    and voltage isnt the same, the same voltage flows through each loop, but that amount of voltage is lost between all of the components in that particular loop.
