Well, it's nearly time . But, I was wondering what student traditions you have experienced or heard of. For example, on my open days I noticed most of the student flats had empty bottles and cans stacked in the windows.

Anymore anyone ?

That's not really a tradition, per se. It's just something people do.

I quite like traditions - proper traditions. Undergraduate gowns, getting pissed at debates, not stepping on the 'PH' cobbles outside St Salvator's in St Andrews, setting up dodgy societies, drinking nothing but champagne on your graduation day, various university traditions surrounding May Day, learning the words to the Gaudeamus. That sort of thing.

On the 4th of May all students dress as circus clowns- it's something you definitely have to try.

Get used to it buddy, majority of people are nice and helpfull on here, However some of the people with flashing/high rep think the can say whatever and do whatever they want just because of their rep! loads of trolls also use the h+r forum as well.
