It was a lot easier than expected - I thought the enlgish sections was a lot easier than normal. I really hope that I have made up the marks lost in the listening!

You will have done! You said yourself it was much easier than expected and could do every question. Don't worry, you'll have done fine I've just done rubbish all round, hoping to scrape a 'C' but I very much doubt it

Very very easy - book-crossing, superb

I found it extreamly hard and wish i'd done foundation
You'll have done better than expected It's worth having a shot at higher where you can get Bs, As or A*s rather than capping yourself at C by doing foundation.

book crossing. I had brain problems on it.
basically for my answer I put:

what did the waiter think the woman was doing?(along that lines)
my answer: she stole the book
    why was the waiter surprised?
my answer: because she told him to read the book
    where are the books left?
my answer: on planes and banks.

other than those, everything went fine

4th: idea intended to create a worldwide library
5th: Books left on trains and park benches
6th: You'll know whos book it is cuz it'll hav an email address in the bak

The last question was easier than I thought, but I'm not sure about the rest. I found the question about the cars not moving because it hand a blind guy in the first one confusing. I don't think I did too well on that.

Yeah, I thought the exam was easy! This is because some of the past papers have been alot harder!

I asked my German teacher for the answers to the English section and he said:

    1) Why was waitor mad - Thought she had stolen the book
    2) Why was he surprised - She told him to read it
    3) Why did that dude set it up - To bring something interesting to reading
    4) How can you tell who read it last - It will have their e-mail address in
    5) What are you meant to leave in - Email address, place you found it, description of it
    6) Which 2 places can you leave it : Park Bench and Train
    7) What does the dude think about the idea: A good way of making new friends...

and them are all i can remember...if the questions aren't right, then they're along them lines!

I don't remember anything about him being mad.

I first wrote that he thought she'd stolen it, but then I crossed it out and wrote that he thought she left it. I can't remember the text at all though so I can't remember why.

I totally rushed the first few questions though, because I looked on the board and thought the foundation finishing time was the same as mine. That probably hasn't helped.
