lol i'm always in row A, but coz i'm sixth in the year, usually get a pristine desk ,but the books (were in the library) get in my way, so i always moved the books, to create a leaning space for my right arm (i'm a lefty), and a flat surface of books for my head, lol worked a charm in graphics, when i was just sooo bored, lol

we have a huge exam hall which can sit a full y11 GCSE exam and a major AS and A2 exam in all at the same time. I always get the wobbly desk, im a W so by the time they get to me they only have old rotting tables left.
We don't have co-ordinates, or rows and seat numbers, you just walk in and wonder around aimlessly until u find a desk thats got a tiny scrap of paper on it with your name and candidate number on it...very annoying..

Our exam desks are set out in some perverse form of alphabetical order. I'm always near the same people, but sometimes they're in front of me, sometimes they're behind me, sometimes they're next to me. I think the people who go around placing the stupid little laminated cards on the desk just go in a straight line until they hit a corner, or another person who's laying out cards too. Oh well. It only usually takes a minute to find the desk you need...

Haha, one of my friends has an incredibly annoying chav assigned to the desk behind him in every exam, because of his name's place in the alphabet. Apparently she's been poking him, kicking his chair, and last week she annoyed everyone by falsely coughing at regular intervals.

well our desks are mostly ok, but some are worse than others, and they are put randomly, but somehow, for all of the exams done in a year group, like maths english, french science, i get a humungous(cant speel it but oh well) about a square meter grey, smooth, non wobbly, perfect height desk, there are only about 6 in the whole school, but i seem to get one quite often, and for the geography exam we were given two desks each...and as we moaned so much about the horrible wooden chairs, we now get the most comfortable chairs immaginable! its great!

the tables are so small and u cant fit every thing on and when youre trying to move everything around to find something like a pen for example, the iniglatiors think youre cheating and they get supisicion.
