Hi, can someone help me on this question. Ive included the answers for the previous steps of the question. part D is what I am stuck on.

Heres the answers for the previous steps I got.

    A - y = 2 - 3/(X+2)

    B - Sketchd graph - asmptotes at X = -2 and Y = 2 [Dont think this is needed for part D]

    C - i - ln 3
    - ii - 1/3

    D - Ive got about 1/2 way.
    My last step is

    Integral of Pi Y^2 =

    Pi [4x] between 4 and 0 - 12(ln3) + 9 (1/3)

Ive tried putting in the values and working it out but didnt come to 18.3

    Thanks in advance.

Do you mind me asking what program did you do that in?

It's mathtype. I was thinking of learning Tex but mathtype looks almost as good and is extremely easy to use, so i'll probably put off learning Tex until later when I need it in my degree.
I downloaded it yesterday so i'm using it a little, because it looks better and so I can become more profficient with it.
