If you were really apathetic you wouldn't be setting up a society ...
Thats the beauty of it! And its exactly the same principle as the atheist soc :p:

Do you actually like cheescake? I despise the mixture of sweet and savoury. When i become Lord Chief Justice, i'll make it illegal, no matter what the damage to society.

The cheese? Or is'nt there any cheese in cheescake? I there isnt, then i also despise misleading words.n I do like cheese though, especially the lil cranberry marks n spencer ones. I would join your apathy group, but cant be arsed.

Lib dems used to be right of labour, they only seem lefty now because of how far "new labour" swung to the right.Kennedys a buffoon!!!!Off the subject slightly, but doesnt that John Redwood of the conservatives scare the hell out of people? He reminds me of my image of Lord Voldemort! And cheers for the replys, didnt know i would spark up such interest!
I think the Lib Dems are more socialist than the Labour party these days. They've learnt more from Blair than the Tories have - that you can only have a hope of taking power by compromising on your principles and filling the gap that has been left behind.

I totally agree on the compromise thing... although i really think blair has led the party where he wants them to be.I don't think he is a lefty who had to compromise his true wishes. It had to be done, and blair was the perfect man for the job- his dreams realised.Cant wait for old gordy to take over.
And cheescake- eggs aen't the main flavouring in most cake- like snacks, so that is different. Im talking flavour- like cheese and chocolate. You wont find me eating at the Fat Duck. Except for the snail porridge....maybe

    Should have added:

"where compromise = say you'll do the lefty thing, but when you've won the election, just steal the contents of the Conservative manifesto and use all of their good ideas, whilst still robbing people through high taxes and throwing away good money after bad on un-improvable public services."

But...cheesecake doesn't taste like a chunk of cheddar or brie does it...its all about the texture! I guarantee i can change your mind by the end of freshers week

I won't be at freshers, im not at kings until 06, annoyingly. But no, you can still taste the cheesy hints! I prefer carrot cake. And other guy, there are NO good parts to a conservative manifesto- blair is just naturally right of centre, as his upbringing implies. Labours festo is very good if you ask me. Im not liking the ID cards thing though.... they say the main reason they'll be used is to combat illegal immigrants, which basically means that Asians are going to be the ones who are harrassed for theirs all the time. And anything can be forged in due time....ever irises, but i wont pretend i know how.
