no put your science grade on Science and put the other one on Additional Science.

What exam board did you do?

Hiya,

I did double award science for my GCSE's and I've got two grades. I can't find a double award option on the GCSE section on UCAS.

It does state single award A and single award B, would that be the correct option?

Many thanks.
There must be one. Double Science is a standard GCSE so you need to check the options list again. If you still can't find it, someone at school will show you where it is.

My exam board was OCR
Ok I'll look carefully, thanks.
There's an option which says something like 'GCSE DOUBLE' when you click on enter qualifications.

I did it last year so I know it's there!

It's there, on the qualifications click 'other qualifications and go to GCSE Double award under the letter 'G'. Then put in OCR double science and your two grades.

There's definitely a 'double award' option for GCSE. It's a few down the list after GCSE, just after 'GCSE short course'.

I'm also OCR so yeah just put your Science grade under science and put Additional Science under that. It counts as two GCSE's

This is not correct. Dual Award GCSE Science is a qualification in its own right and needs to be entered as such.

Are you sure on my certificate it says Additional Science... Grade and then Science... Grade I put it into UCAS how it is on the ceritifcate both options were there.

Yeah I've worked it out... it is science and then additional science because thats what the OCR certificate states, just got them out and read them properly! They count as two separate science GCSE's.

In that case what you've got is not Dual Award Science as others have. As long as what you've got on the certificate/s makes sense with the options showing up on UCAS, that's fine.

in 2021, there's an option that says combined GCSE (9-9 to 1-1). You click this option and then under your course name you put combined science trilogy.
