Exactly the same question. If you just use this, then some of 'clever peeps' won't have to retype their prententious little answers lol !

I was at a private school, until my dad ran off with his secretary and i had to go to a state school. But i do like my school at the moment, especially now all the chavs have left . I dont consider myself really clever, pretty average to be honest. Not as smart as Zhivago anyway :p:

I go to a slightly below average state school, as in, 46% of my year got 5 or more A*-C grades against a national average of 54%. My GCSE grades are in my sig. I think a lot of people on here to go to private or grammar schools, but there are still some that go to comprehensives too.

my school always predict u *****y grades, because they dnt want ppl complaining if they dnt get the grades, so like they only predict you A* if they defo reckon ull get it.

    here are my predictions,

    Eng Lang A
    Eng Lit A
    Science double A*A*
    Maths A*
    German A*
    Geo A
    Business A
    ICT A*A*
    Drama A

so 6A* 5A, id be well happy with those grades, bt i still reckon i cud do better, such as A* in english maybe(exams went well bt ya neva no!!) and maybe geography

we'll see, it'll be an interesting day on results day, to see if i made the A* for maths(non calc was fairly hard) and see if i surprise myself and get some wildcard A*s

looking forward to it but i no ill be white as a sheet, saying nothing, seat dripping from my palms and rdy to die walkin to school

i go state comprehensive with only 33% of ppl getting 5 A*-Cs. Pretty ****, I agree.lol. But still I am convinced that grades and performance depend on person's ability and his hard work.
