Ah, thats y i cud never understood it. so it means that there are 2 :-

1 line spectra
2 absorbtion spectra

damn phy 4 :frown: . its doing my head in.

phy4 is easier than phy1 imo.

ru kidding me?????? well it is easy revising it but the exam in jan was hard. it was for me. phy1 was easy for me cos it was mainly to do with motion and work/energy.

THIS IS REALLY EASY, I KNOW, But i cant seem to get the right answer, Can someone re arrange the formula which is used to find the time period for an oscillation on a spring to find the mass!!!!!! Thanks in advance

u rearrange the formula, easy things can seem hard at times

thats good, u should retake as uve got nothing to loose. dhow the examiners that their questions r easy peasy.

I got 72/90 in Phy 1`but i didnt bother to retake it cos i wanted to concentrate on the nxt modules. thinking about it now i should have. I didnt even think i will get an A in phy 1 cos it took me sometime to get my head round some simple stuff.

Retaking is good, you get all the neccessary revision for phy6.

last yr my results were:
phy1 - 74
phy2 - 74
phy3 - 78
phy4 - 45
phy5 - 56
phy6 - 41 lol

retook unit 4 in jan 2005 got 70

jus 5 and 6 left
