dihybrid inheritance is basically the inheritance of 2 separate characteristics on different chromosomes. You have to know how to work out the probability of the inheritance of specific characteristics. If you know how to draw a mendelian table, it's easy - there should be an example of one in your text book. The book I have is "Further Studied in Biology" designed specifically for AQA, and it's on page 19.

And when you say crossing over, do you mean how to use crossing over on the tables to work out the offspring's genotypes, or do you mean the crossing over of chromosomes to change the alleles on them???? (chiasmata)

http://www.biologymad.com/master.htm.../A2Biology.htm Although my board is OCR I found this revision site which is designed for AQA students v. helpful. There's a whole section on genetics/inheritance and variation.
