Uni is amazing, having an excellent time and I really like my course so far (Physics with Computer Science). London is a great place to live to - so many great clubs and bars.

That said, i'm still looking forward to catching up with my old friends at Christmas, back home.

So far we've done classical mechanics and special relativity and fields and waves. Plus we have a module on "mathematics for science students", and I do one computer science module on top of that (Java at the mo).

Basically it's pretty mathematical at the moment, and i'm really enjoying it. Classical mechanics and special relativity especially.

I did pretty much the same this term: Classical Mechanics and Relativity, Optics and Waves, Quantum Mechanics and Physical Maths 1. I liked Classical Mechanics.. SR would probably have been more interesting if I understood it. The maths in Special Relativity isn't that bad though.
