    He likesyou, Im sure of it. The signs tell it all. It is clear that he is shy around you bcoz he really likes you. He is prob really embaressed to ask you out, and is waiting for you to make the first move. good luck.

    Don't know how friendly you are with him at the moment but surely the simplist thing to do is to do something with him out of school. It doesn't have to be and obvious to start with-couldn't you just invite him to the pub alongside your group of friends? If he was to ask you why he was invited and seem funny about then just say you've found him kind of cute and wanted to chat wiv him more in a relaxed environment. It appears that he is embarrassed to do anything about the relationship (telling friend and acting imaturely) so you have to make the first move. The more confident you are about starting something and being casual about it the easier it will be for him. Go go go for it!!!
