PRESUME INNOCENT...the English Law system says to....we cannot infer guilt!

The details haven't really been realised...but as a law student..I presume innocence..and the kids accusing and their parents don't seem ALL too trustworthy!

HOW CAN U INFER GUILT WITHOUT KNOWING ALL THE FACTS?

    JUST FROM MEDIA COVERAGE?

Jeez..ud be good in a jury...u should go in presuming innocence..and THEN be converted to guilt if u see the evidence which suggests so infront of u! U HAVEN'T seen this in the papers...so....?
