Everyone moans at me and says I don't eat properly....but sometimes I do jsut forget to eat....and I'm a very fussy eater

How can I have a proper diet that's healthy and makes me eat? :frown:

Discipline i guess...it's difficult like you say! Very fussy? There's always a way round things...i.e. don't like banannas, try peanuts! Find a way around any potential problems like this....research groups of foods - think "have i enough protein, carbs et al....with this/these foods?...."

Eating good food is hugely important...i felt sort of depressed for a period of two weeks at start of uni last year....it was a lack of meat [protein] that did me in!

Not so good, but if you really need it - take supplements, tablet form etc. So even if you are not eating a great deal, your body will not suffer for it, keep hydrated =0)

Be best buddies with Jamie Oliver.

Same with me, sometimes i go like 4 days without realising i haven't eaten! i guess u just have to remind yourself and always have a food u like around. Like i always have soup in my house because i know its the one thing I'll eat.

if everyone moans at you- tell them to feed you then!! I can't escape eating- at school the guys take the mick if you don't and my family eat dinner together.
Actually, I realised everyone thought I was really disturbingly thin, (thinner than someone whose reeeaaly thin lol). I was slightly scared and that made me eat a lot more for about a week!!
You should probably take vitamin tablets
get yourself in a routine.

like in the evening.

I watch neighbours. I make and eat dinner. I watch hollyoaks.

and then i dont forget to eat!

I have such a strange life lol.....I very rarely eat with my family and am left to my own devices for what I want to eat and when I want...so usually I either forget, or cannot be bothered to eat.

I have similar issues at times. My diet is unusual, 80% of the time I couldn't care less about food and just don't seem to have the gusto of an appetite that my family do! I often don't eat dinner and just have coffee. Yesterday all I ate was an apple and then a magnum at 1.30 am (verrrry bad for me, I know) but today I have eaten like a fat sweaty munter.

more importantly: Home and Away

sexysax I know someone like you. She just eats grapes, yoghurt and pistachios most of the time, because thats what she likes! It's so harsh, her mum's never home (shes 16). Find foods you really like then I'm sure you won't have a problem eating, the problem will be how to stop eating!
I never forget to eat... I think I must have the appetite of a small ox. Yesterday I made chocolate cornflake cakes and me and my best friend ate about 12 between us in one go!
My eating habits are terrible. As long as there is something there to be taken I will eat it. I need to change that. At least I do avoid the most unhealthiest of foods, but there is a long way to go yet.

i used to practically live on pistachios and crisps etc and i rarely had a proper food as my parents are too lazy to cook, i didnt feel hungry but i felt dizzy and really easily tired
now iv started cooking for myself, and gtting into a good routine (try to eat at least one regular meal every afternoon) and i find myself actually feeling hungry at this time of day if i dont eat.
its important to realise that even if u dont feel hungry, it can still be doing damage to your body if u dont get enough nutrients

Hmmm... sometimes I don't eat at college because I don't have time! If im in lessons then trying to keep upto date with work at lunchtime in the library... I just have to make sure I eat on fridays in case I pass out at dancing or something... :-S
I often can't be bothered with breakfast (usually on a sunday)
