Is a Code of Practice the same as a Code of Conduct?

I've been studying for the 'ICT in Organisations' Unit 5 (AQA) exam and just finished reading a chapter on 'social and ehtical codes in organisation.' It mentions 'Codes of Conduct' and 'Codes of Practice.' What i couldn't work out is if they mean the same thing. Is a code of conduct the same as a code of practice? Or are they slightly different? If anyone can help me out, it would be MUCH appreciated

They are DIFFERENT, cant stress that enough, Heathcote will **** you over if you say they are the same

Code of Practice is general for a ICT professional, it includes ethical practices and professional conduct etc etc

A code of Conduct (or employee code of conduct) is purely within an organisation. It details types of misconduct, abuse etc etc

We have been told that they ARE different BUT last year they let students get away with mistaking them for the same thing as there was so much confusion.

Have a look at: http://www.aqa.org.uk/admin/library/EU16-dec03-subj.pdf#gce_ict

It gives the AQA approved definitions for CoP and CoC.
