    what main point did you evaluate???

    I gave my recommendation for allowing investment for TENs because of the greater economic preformance as a result of more trade, more competition, economies of scale. But i put a caution on that a greater deal of CBA (Cost benefit analysis) must be undertaken in order to overcome some of the social problems that will arise from the investment. The externalities such as pollution and the higher death tolls on roads.

    Thats what i wrote pretty much too, also said it was a bit late to be thinking bout backing out, theyve been planning it for over a decade! also could cause problems for ascession countries as might be too soon to open them upto higher competition, although that is the point of single market. By the way noticed you've got birmingham as your insurance, that's my firm to do same course except with french as well.
