    Was just wondering if there are any STD's that have symptoms or are they all hard to spot? I've never heard of any that have so just thought i'd ask.

    Yes, yes they do.

    Try here, there are some pretty pictures if you look at the individual diseases.

    Some e.g. chlamydia can be totally symptom free, and others (HIV to name one jolly one) are virtually asymptomatic (apart from at the time of seroconversion and that's not always a serious illness) for years. NM - people have pointed you towards various threads where this has already been answered, and if you look at the top of the page <3 has probably listed one in her great Bible of H&R
