no. standard deviation is probability. standard form is rewriting the number in the form of an integer to the power of 10.
wot u on about thats rubbsih standard deviation isnt in it - just in statistics separate course

standard deviation was in past calculator papers. because they didnt put any histograms and statistics section stuff on non-calculator, they may put something related to it, but something that needs calculator.Hence standard deviation

Yea, standard deviation is always in the paper (usually anyhow, dont kill me if it isnt) but they always have a small data-handling section in the calc paper.
