Hey I Need A Little Help With This Question:

A Particle (p) Is Released From Rest At The Top Of A Smooth Plane, Of Length 5m, Which Is Inclined At 5 Degrees To The Horizontal. Air Resistance May Be Neglected.

1) Find The Acceleration Of P Down The Plane
2) Find The Time Taken For P To Reach The Bottom Of The Plane
3)find The Speed With Which P Reaches The Bottom Of The Plane

Usually I Can Do These Questions But Im Confused Theres No Masses Given ? Please Help ! Thanks Guys

1) F=ma
mgsin5 = ma
gsin5 = a = 0.854ms-2

2)
s = 5
u = 0
a = 0.854
t = t
s= ut + ½at²
√(10/0.854) = t = 3.42s

3)
s = 5
u = 0
a = 0.854
v = v
v²=u² + 2as
v = √(2*5*0.854) = 2.92ms-2

1) acceleration: F=ma

F= mgsin5 = ma
cancel m on both sides
a= gsin5=9.8sin5

2) time taken: s= ut + 0.5at²
5=0+0.5(9.8sin5)t²
t²=10/9.8sin5
t=√(10/9.8sin5)

3) a=(v-u)/t

v=u+at = 0+ 9.8sin5(√(10/9.8sin5))
v=9.8sin5(√(10/9.8sin5))

Work out the actual numbers yourself with a calculator.
