# P2 AQA 2morow ! watch

1. hmm which was question 2 again?

what did everyone think was the hardest question?
2. Question 2 was the y = 1/x graph where you had something like make it look like

A + B/2x - 1

then draw the graph with asymptotes.
3. i didnt think it was hard maybe i was having a good day, ok the first question last part was mean as we adnt done it since pure 1, no1 cud remember the formula. The first 2 partts of it were easy marks tho, and yes they are on pure 2 cus its iterative formula at the front of the book just dont come up in past papers much. That cos2x question was ok, just rewrote it as cos(x +x) n then rewrote as cosAcosA - SinAsinA which rewrites to cossquaredA -sinsquaredA we know that cos2x +sin2x = 1, n then rearrange. Im usually useless at that but managed it. n i dont think u needed to know length of a chord formula i managed to do it by doing trigonometry from the other info they gave (altho must admit it was damn complicated the diagram had drawings all over it). And they didnt ask the product rule but they did ask the quotient rule. I think i messed up the volume question cus i was rushing didnt av time i differentiated the first term instead of integrate i think!! argh.
