Youd get a better answer in the H&R forum. They are always very helpful, unlike 2+2=5 who likes to make sarcastic comments and laugh at your ailments

    hey
sounds like an anxiety attack to me. my friend suffers with them. they usually happen when you are stressed or excited, and are sometimes inexplicable. i would suggest that you see a doctor, s/he would be able to make a diagnosis easily and suggest ways for you to deal with this if it happens again and ways to try to prevent it.
    good luck!
    mia xx
