I recently applied for a position as Quality Assurance Tester for a games/software company based in Oxford, working on their latest title. I recieved an Email today saying that they would like to bring me in for interview on Wednesday. Needless to say, I'm very excited - but I was wondering if anyone had any tips for this kind of interview, as it seems to be a fairly unique type of industry. I think I have a good grasp of what a QA Tester does. I know it's not simply playing the game, but using methodical and repetitive play in order to isolate bugs and issues before release, so I'm not too worried about that.

From what I've heard, the dress code in the games industry seems to be fairly casual - anyone know any more about this?

Any replies would be greatly appreciated.
