I thought it was ok apart. ALthough there was some stuff that our teacher had never taught us. And we've never done anything on mousses or Kulfi

We didn't do any work on mousses either. I just had to write what was frankly a load of bullsh*t about them.

I didn't have a clue on that question about ilnesses from milk.

I got 78/95 in my coursework, which wasnt too bad for as i am usually crap at FT. Thank god it wasn't moderated, that's all i can say :biggrin:

i got an A for my coursework which is 59%out of a 60.......just had the FOOD exam 2day...omg it was a disaster......by brains shut down..had a memory block :frown:
