Was just reading rumours about Pires leaving Arsenal as well. Will definitely be a sad day if he does, considering how much of an impact he has. we couldn't hope for much more than 97-5, tbh, but even now I can envisage the Aussies reaching 350/400. They have so much strength in depth it's unbelievable.

realistically i would have been ecstatic with 2 wickets and < 120 runs, but 97-5 scares me. especially with gilly.

1. Armstrong hasn't got the seventh title yet.
2. He would be disqualified from all cycling, not just TdF.
3. If banned substances were found, there would be no "maybe" about his disqualification.
4. Random drug tests use urine and blood samples.
5. TdF authorities do not search hotel rooms.
6. The year long attempt to find banned substances in Armstrong's samples finished in 2003.
7. Have a look on ebay. You can probably get a sense of humour quite cheap there.
