    I can't wait for the Rangers to play even worse than they did before the lockout. It should also be interesting to see how teams like Colorado, Detroit, and St. Louis do without having an $80 million payroll. Or how the Devils do if the new rules are properly implemented.

    They have as good a shot as any team, especially since their payroll wasn't too high before the lockout. Ottawa should have a good shot for the same reason.
