    I've done it in about 13 flat i think, that was when i weighed a bit less. I think 13 - 14 seconds is pretty much standard for most fit lads of our age. Anything more requires training.

    She does 120k a week or something and probably runs at least one very fast run each week in training anyway. With 8 days recovery after the 10k tonight if she's on good form she should still be able to win the marathon, I think.
    I don't know what sort of form she's in though, she's not exactly been winning everything recently afaik. I reckon she must think she's got a good chance of medalling tonight otherwise she'd just be doing the marathon.
