And Federer wins his 6th grand slam, he really did pull up a gear in the third set tie break and from then on, Agassi was simply no match

Unfortunatly it wasnt written in the stars But if your favourite player isnt going to win then there is nothing better than your second favourite winning

Decent match but to be honest I alwasy felt Federer was in control even when Agassi was a break up in the 3rd set ! Federer lost his way in the 2nd and 3rd and Andre did well to captalise on it. Federer is just off this planet, only losing 3 matches so far this year, to Safin on amazing form and to Gasquet and Nadal where he was really out of sorts. Away from his amazing game his mental strength is second to none, never flustered when he is down and possibly his best trait, the ability to raise his game when he most needs to. This is seen on soo many occasions, Kiefer, Hewitt and Agassi just in this tournament. He only ever plays as well as he needs to.

But massive praise must go to Andre Agassi. A real legend and no doubt one of the games all time greats. Aged 35 and he still only loses to the world number one coming through three 5 setters. What a man, a huge complement to the game. Hope this isnt the last time we see him but I dont feel he can go on for too much longer considering the regular injections. I will always remember the Blake match, just phenomenal.

Did anyone see Bremner, Bird and Fortune tonight? Some hi-larious Boycott and Benaud impressions. Especially: *thick Yorkshire accent* "So he tells me no one can blink when England are battin', but when the Australians are in you jus' can't look...and I says Jesus! Open your eyes Kevin! You're fielding at mid wicket!" Good stuff. England will take it (I mean the Ashes, not the game...obviously) from here, mark my words.
Yeah that was good. But the rest of it was pretty lame, I turned off about 10 mins before the end which I've never done before. I suppose with the MPs on their summer holiday they're low on material. Still, was crap.

Its a shame to see the final test rained out like this, I would have much prefered a epic win by England (although theres still a small chance it may happen) - seems a bit of an ignomious end to a glorious series

the weather forecast for tomorrow suggests there shouldn't be any rain, so australia do still technically have a chance of winning. at any rate, if we win its a result arise sir kevin pietersen lol.

I thought the definition between a kayak and a canoe was a kayak has a closed cockpit while a canoe is open??

There are closed cockpit canoes out there, often used for playboat type stuff in whitewater. During the Olympics the C1 and C2 class slalom event is done in canoes where the guys are kneeling with spraydecks to seal the cockpit.
The main difference between kayaking and canoeing is the use of single or double bladed paddles.
